But I'll just keep typing this stream of consciousness stuff until I reach the bottom of the page, just like Jack Kerouac, but without the alcohol, and then I'll hit "post and publish" and see what happens. There doesn't seem to be any limit to length in this little box, because there are up/down arrows at the bottom right corner. So, I imagine that I won't find out here whether or not by first blog vanished into the ether because I violated "parameters" of length. Well, here we go. Mr. Zulu, "Warp Speed!"

[Carbon of original post consumed by site.] I just saw "Starship Troopers" for the first time the other day and realized that it was a very good faschist spoof. From the first scene, in which we are told that the country is run by the "veterans" who ousted the decadent democrats, to the last scene in which a captured enemy is being tortured on tv, the movie is a fractured faschist propaganda film. The heroes are all wholesome, good-looking actors, acting badly, who suffer and die gladly for the cause, just like the ones in Nazi films. "Archness" is totally lacking in the actor's portrayals. Did they know what they were doing?
